Hand Bindery Lead
This position will report to the Production Manager and will be responsible for coordinating schedules, overseeing all hand bindery jobs and all other day-to-day activities. Hand Bindery Lead will communicate directly with other bindery employees to coordinate shift scheduling, overtime, and daily expectations for bindery production. You are the go-to person for troubleshooting and any equipment related issues; ensuring the quality expectations are met for all jobs. Your primary function is to oversee multiple production projects from start to finish with a focus on coordination and collaboration across multiple departments balancing deadlines.

- Machine operation: Set up, run, troubleshoot, and maintain all bindery equipment so they can run at optimal speeds for each product we produce. This person is responsible for performing duties to support shipping and receiving, deliveries, coordinating stock, documenting warehouse transactions, maintaining records, and management of production inventory. This person will also be available to assist the production team on production jobs.

- Handling shipping/receiving of incoming/outgoing materials
- Assists couriers and drivers with unloading and loading materials
- Accountable for of production inventory management, including verifying POs, inventory, and completing necessary paperwork
- Receiving incoming items into the 3PL inventory system and putting away items in appropriate locations
- Ensuring outgoing shipments are properly wrapped, labeled, and BOL or paperwork are supplied
- Ensuring paperwork has been signed when shipments are picked up by a courier and drivers
- Ensuring shipping/receiving areas are maintained in a safe, clean and orderly environment

The operator is responsible for equipment operation and repair with a focus on coordination and collaboration across multiple departments and meeting production deadlines.

Duties include gathering the appropriate item(s) and preparing the item(s) for shipping. The fulfillment associate will follow a process to ensure order accuracy, proper packaging and timely delivery to our customers.

- Handles pick pack-orders efficiently to ensure smooth workflow
- Communicates with Fulfillment Lead/Supervisor on any production issues that arise
